What we carry

Twenty-seven materials. Every price published.

Rock, base, sand, recycled, earth and decorative stone — all sold by the cubic yard.

Why order from us

Three promises. All of them kept.

01 / UNITS

By the yard, not the ton

Almost every supplier in South Florida sells by the ton, then leaves you to convert from the cubic yards on your plan using a density figure you have to look up. That mismatch is where most over- and under-ordering comes from. We quote the same unit you measured in.

02 / SIZE

One yard is a normal order

There is no truckload minimum. One cubic yard is about fifty-four bags from a home centre, several car trips and a very long afternoon — so let the truck bring it. We will also bring eighteen yards at a time, all day, to a job site.

03 / PRICE

The list is the price

Every rate is published above. Material and delivery are quoted together before you commit, with no fuel surcharge appearing later on the invoice and no callback required to find out what a yard of limerock costs.

How it works

Three steps. Then get out of the way.

01

Tell her what you need

Pick a material, punch in length, width and depth. The ticket converts it to cubic yards and prices the haul to your ZIP. Sixty seconds, no phone call, no salesman.

02

Pick the day

Choose a delivery date and drop a pin on exactly where you want it. Gate code, low branches, soft spot in the yard — tell us and the driver plans the approach.

03

Backed in on the pin

Truck arrives, bed goes up, load lands on the pin. You get a photo before the truck pulls off. Whether you spread it that weekend is between you and your back.

Common questions

Before you order.

How many cubic yards do I need?

Multiply length by width in feet, multiply by depth in feet, then divide by 27. A 60 ft by 12 ft driveway at 3 inches deep is 60 × 12 × 0.25 ÷ 27, which is about 6.7 cubic yards — so you order 7.

One cubic yard covers roughly 162 sq ft at 2 inches, 108 sq ft at 3 inches, 81 sq ft at 4 inches, or 54 sq ft at 6 inches. The calculator at the top of this page does all of it for you.

Why do you price by the yard instead of the ton?

Because that is the unit your plan is drawn in. Selling by the ton forces you to convert using a density figure that differs for every material — rock is about 1.4 tons per yard, compacted base closer to 1.65, topsoil nearer 1.15. Getting that conversion wrong is how people end up two yards short on a Friday afternoon. We quote yards, you order yards.

What is the minimum order?

One cubic yard. There is no truckload rule — if you need a single yard of topsoil for one planting bed, that is a real order and we will bring it.

How much is delivery?

One flat fee per order, the same anywhere in Palm Beach, Broward and Miami-Dade. It does not scale with order size — one cubic yard and thirty carry the same fee. Price your load and the delivery line shows on the quote before you commit to anything.

How fast can you deliver?

Next business day on most orders placed before noon on a weekday.

Where will the driver put the load?

Wherever you point, within reason. Tell us about gate codes, low branches, overhead lines, soft ground or a narrow approach when you book and the driver plans for it. A tri-axle needs roughly 60 feet of straight backing room and 14 feet of overhead clearance to dump cleanly.

Do you deliver to job sites and contractors?

Yes. Multiple loads a day to a single site is routine, and repeat commercial accounts can be set up with consolidated invoicing. Call dispatch rather than using the online ticket for anything over five loads.
