Palm Beach County
Delray is dense, walkable and full of small jobs where getting the truck in matters more than the material. Delivery is a flat $200 per order, charged once regardless of size.
Atlantic Avenue and the surrounding grid are tight lots with alley access and a lot of paver and courtyard work. West Delray opens up into the usual mix of pool decks and landscape stone.
Coastal sand with a high table close to the beach. Anything structural near the water needs proper compacted base rather than relying on native ground.
The downtown grid is genuinely tight. For anything inside the Atlantic Avenue corridor we will usually send the twelve-yard trailer rather than the tri-axle. Say so when you book and we will plan it.
A loaded tri-axle carries about eighteen cubic yards and needs roughly sixty feet of straight backing room and fourteen feet of overhead clearance. If your site is tighter than that, say so when you book and we will send the twelve-yard trailer instead.
Atlantic Avenue, Pineapple Grove, Lake Ida, Delray Shores, West Delray. If you are just outside and not sure, call and ask — the answer is usually yes.

Yes. Delray Beach is in Palm Beach County, inside our West Palm Beach to Miami service area. Minimum order is one cubic yard and there is no truckload minimum.
A flat $200 per order, the same as everywhere else we deliver. It does not change with order size, so three yards and thirty carry the same fee.
Next business day on most orders placed before noon on a weekday.
One cubic yard. For scale, a cubic yard is about fifty-four bags from a home centre, so even the minimum is a load worth having delivered.
By the cubic yard, which is the unit your plan is drawn in. No tonnage conversion to get wrong.
